maintenance and regular cleaning of all indoor and outdoor areas of the home, including bathrooms, kitchens, swimming pools, and furnishings. We guarantee your property will be kept in pristine condition, even when you're not in residence.

From seasonal planting, lawn mowing and garden tidy-ups to a full landscape design service, we have the skills and the knowledge to create and to maintain healthy and lush gardens all year-round. Creating beautiful edible gardens is our specialty.

Handling all aspects of project management for renovation and construction, as well as general repairs of indoor and outdoor zones. We are also available to oversee the purchase of new furnishings and electrical goods when needed, working within set budgets and styling requirements.

 
 

ABOUT US

As the owner and sole manager of Lux Property Management, Sasha Stocker brings with him over 25 years in management services for high-end corporate brands and clients, including 6.5 years serving as Surfing Australia Nation Head coach, and five years as Billabong’s international team manager handling all aspects of sponsorships, including coordinating and personally managing the global travel requirements for some of the world’s greatest professional surfers. Sasha is a people person with a passion for gardening and is taking his skills for tailored management services into the property arena, currently managing a multi-million dollar beachside property in one of Byron Bay's most exclusive areas.
